Evatronix SA, headquartered in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, has announced it will showcase its latest range of 3D scanning products and solutions at Formnext 2021, Frankfurt, Germany, November 16–19.

3D scanning technology has important applications in the Additive Manufacturing industry, such as for the generation of CAD files for reverse engineering parts where the original design data has been lost, for the production of legacy parts; taking measurements of objects with complex geometries for the development of new product designs; producing quick and accurate scans of the body or body parts for the design of customised prosthetic and orthotic devices, and more.

At Formnext, Evatronix will demonstrate the various eviXscan 3D scanners, which differ in scanning range and offered accuracy. The team will also present the eviXmatic 2.0, an application simulating automatic quality control on a production line, together with the eviXscan 3D scanner in integration with the Universal Robots cobot and Respiro Vacuum Generation System from Drim Robotics.
