At the event, Zygo will display its ZeGage Pro HR optical profiler, which is said to maintain high precision at all magnification options. As it is not affected by the environment it operates in, the ZeGage Pro HR can be taken out of the lab and placed directly beside production equipment. Using Zygo’s proprietary coherence scanning interferometry technology, the optical profiler is intended to provide cost-efficient, reliable, simple surface metrology with precision and ease of use across a range of industry applications.
