Harish Irrinki

Harish Irrinki has nearly a decade of experience in Additive Manufacturing research, applications and business development. Currently, he serves as a Sr. Applications Engineer and Strategic Account Manager at HP, where he has also held roles such as Application Engineer and Technical Segment Lead for Hydraulics. Prior to HP, Harish served as an application and manufacturing engineer at various companies focused on Additive Manufacturing. Harish holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, where he was also a Grosscurth Fellow and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. His industry experience is complemented by significant contributions to research in Additive Manufacturing and mechanical design.

Jag Holla

Jagadish (Jag) Holla is Sr. VP-Marketing at INDO-MIM Ltd, based in Pennsylvania, USA. He has over 27 years of experience in the Metal Injection Molding industry and has been working on Binder-Jet Additive Manufacturing at INDO-MIM since 2019. Prior to his career at INDO-MIM, Jag worked at Sundram Fasteners, where he gained twelve years of experience in the company’s Powder Metallurgy division.

Martin McMahon

Martin has worked for more than a decade directly in metal AM, and has a truly unique combination of experience and technical skills. He has worked across the entire spectrum, from AM service provider, laser system producer, to advanced materials supplier and developer. In 2022, Martin established MAM Solutions to help accelerate the adoption of metal Additive Manufacturing and to support international businesses in their activities. Martin is also a consulting editor for Metal AM magazine, and regularly reports from industry events and technical conferences.
