The new EOS Edition vLoader 250 automatically transfers metal powders from storage via vacuum conveyor through piping or hose and then gently discharges into the machine’s supply hopper. Manual powder transfer is eliminated while a continuous flow of material to one or more machines is assured for consistent, unattended production.

Available in North America via EOS North America, the EOS Edition vLoader 250 powder conveyor is specifically engineered for seamless, easy integration with the EOS M 400 Additive Manufacturing machine. The automated metal powder loading system may be operated in a sealed, closed-loop system as part of a central metal powder management system or as a stand-alone unit.

For those with AM machines from other manufacturers, Volkmann offers the standard vLoader metal powder conveyor in configurations suitable for machines from any manufacturer, along with companion equipment for vacuum drying, depowdering, storing, sieving, and reusing metal powders. Custom powder handling configurations for any Additive Manufacturing process are also available.
