Tekna wins award for commitment to innovation in aerospace

Tekna Holding AS, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, reports it has been awarded the Gilles-Demers Award for its innovation in the aerospace industry. Tekna won the prize in the Commitment to Innovation category, and was a finalist for the Grand Prize, awarded to the company that excels the most in all three of the competition’s categories.

The Gilles-Demers Awards, organised by AeroMontreal, aim to promote the development Quebec’s aerospace cluster by recognising small- and medium-sized enterprises that have demonstrated leadership in key areas such as wealth creation and outreach, commitment to innovation and business development and internationalisation.
