Titomic USA provides rapid manufacturing support to EOS Defense Systems USA
Titomic Limited, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, has announced that Titomic USA supported EOS Defense Systems USA by providing rapid manufacturing modifications for a critical component supporting a US Government defence production programme. The work enabled accelerated delivery of a production article while demonstrating Titomic’s ability to rapidly respond to urgent defence manufacturing requirements.
Titomic USA, Inc leveraged its internal manufacturing capabilities to assist EOS directly with its production programme and provided modifications of a critical component within a week. Titomic states that the partnership allowed EOS to deliver the component to the Government customer in a greatly reduced timeframe.
Titomic states that the work further demonstrates its expanding role in supporting the US Defense Industrial Base through rapid manufacturing, production surge capability, repair and sustainment using advanced materials technologies. The company states that as global defence production requirements continue to increase, Titomic’s vertically integrated manufacturing platform is intended to enable accelerated responses to customer requirements while reducing schedule risk.
