Registration is still open for the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF)’s Basic Powder Metallurgy Short Course, scheduled to take place August 7-9, 2023, at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, State College, Pennsylvania, USA.

The course is recognised for being an essential educational tool for newcomers to the industry, while also providing an update on the latest advancements in Powder Metallurgy technology and networking opportunities.

A new feature for this year’s course is the availability of introductory videos shared prior to start of course. These cover Powder Metallurgy terms, alloy methods, properties of PM materials, and phase diagrams.
