Paradigm 3D obtains European Union Aviation Safety certification with Eplus3D EP-M300
July 10, 2024

Paradigm 3D, a recently established manufacturer of aerospace parts based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has obtained Part 21G Certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), becoming the Middle East’s first facility certified to produce aerospace components.
Part 21 G ensures that manufacturers comply with stringent quality standards, manufacturing processes, and documentation practices to ensure the airworthiness and safety of aircraft and their components.
Balaj Hassan, Engineering Manager at Paradigm 3D, stated, “Our background was not initially in metal printing, but we recognised a growing demand for high-technology spare parts, focusing on metal Additive Manufacturing allows us to meet these requirements effectively.”
Established in 2023, the company acquired its first Additive Manufacturing machine, an EP-M300 from Eplus3d, Hangzhou, China, in March 2024.

The EP-M300 is a mid-size metal Additive Manufacturing machine with a build speed of up to 95 cm³/h. This machine supports a diverse range of materials, including titanium alloy, aluminium alloy, nickel alloy, maraging steel, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and copper alloy.
Paradigm 3D aims to become a comprehensive solution provider in the region, stating that the collaboration with Eplus3D has already enhanced its production efficiency and market penetration.
“We consider the EP-M300 to be an excellent starting point for us, providing a solid foundation and in-house capability for our operations,” concluded Hassan.
