One Click Metal introduces PROline for larger parts and higher-volume metal AM

One Click Metal, Tamm, Germany, is expanding its product portfolio with the announcement of its new PROline, including the MPRINTpro Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing machine and MPUREpro unpacking station.

The new PROline is intended for customers looking to produce medium to large parts in high volumes, placing emphasis runtime costs as well as the initial investment. One Click Metal also stated that the line is also well-suited to customers requiring more power to process specialised materials.
MPRINTpro
The MPRINTpro is designed for series production. It uses a 500 W laser, which enables reliable and fast production, especially for high-volume or serial parts.
The machine also features a self-cleaning filter system developed with Herding Filtertechnik. The machine can operate for up to 500 hours without user interaction, lowering run-time costs and reducing the cost per part. The new filter system is intended to make high-end filter technology accessible for medium-format Additive Manufacturing machines.
Gerrit Brüggemann, CEO, stated, “When One Click Metal was founded the idea was to make metal 3D printing accessible through affordable, easy-to-use systems that empower more companies to embrace this transformative technology. Over the years, we’ve seen remarkable growth in the adoption of our solutions. Today, even manufacturers with high production volumes are seeking accessible and intuitive systems to expand their production capabilities. To meet this demand, we developed the PROline, a solution that brings industrial performance to a new level of simplicity and scalability.”
The MPRINTpro is fully compatible with existing One Click Metal unpacking and sieving stations.
The machine’s Extended Module will be launched alongside the PROline. This interchangeable build module enables the production of parts up to 250 mm in height (depending on the material used), expanding the range of applications and manufacturing capabilities.

MPUREpro
The new unpacking and sieving station MPUREpro focuses on a fast unpacking process, enabled by vacuum conveying the powder to the automatic sieving station. This process is ideally suited for large powder volumes and is intended to save time for the operator.
An additional tool holder in the unpacking chamber and a storage for up to six powder cartridges on the bottom of the machine aims to further streamline the unpacking and sieving process.
The PROline will debut at Formnext 2025 at booth C101, hall 12.0.
