nTopology receives $65 million in Series D funding

nTopology, New York City, USA, has secured $65 million in Series D funding, bringing total secured financing to $135 million. The funding round was led by Tiger Global with participation from Oldslip Group and existing investors Root Ventures, Canaan Partners, Haystack, and Insight Partners. The company intends to use this capital to expand the range of engineering applications compatible with its software, strengthen its global footprint and expanding its team.

“nTopology customers use this software to design the most critical parts of their products,” stated John Curtius, Partner at Tiger Global Management. “We’re excited for nTopology to emerge as the new leader in engineering software as advanced manufacturing continues to push the boundary of how products are made.”

In less than a year, nTopology was reported to have doubled its revenue and customer base. Today, its software is said to be used by engineers in over 300 companies, including Ford, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, Emerson, and Wilson.
