Nikon SLM Solutions introduces its Picture Perfect Pro Plan for redesigned mid-size SLM machine range

Nikon SLM Solutions AG, based in Lübeck, Germany, announced its newly redesigned SLM280, SLM280 Production Series and SLM500 machines at Formnext 2024. The updated machines are expected to boost productivity, promising to ensure a minimum of 85% uptime for customers, with a target of over 90% machine uptime.

Featuring an updated exterior design, the SLM280, SLM280 PS, and SLM500 series are now enhanced with new technologies, including recoater brushes, a Permanent Filter Module (PFM) and 700W lasers.

The launch of the “Picture Perfect Pro Plan” further complements these enhancements, providing a comprehensive package available for new machine sales across North America and Europe, aligning. This plan also supports existing customers who upgrade and renew their service contracts for five years, extending the uptime commitment to them as well.
