Dyndrite LPBF Pro provides users with an advanced GPU-accelerated software solution built specifically for the Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing process. Over the past year, Dyndrite LPBF Pro has undergone an extensive evaluation process across Nikon SLM Solutions’ full range of core machines – including the SLM 280, SLM 500, and SLM 800 – as well as the flagship NXG XII 600. This effort, conducted in close collaboration with Nikon SLM’s engineering and application teams, tested the software’s performance under real-world customer conditions, with complex geometries and multi-laser configurations.

“Dyndrite has surpassed our expectations by unlocking new levels of performance for our customers,” said Charlie Grace, Chief Commercial Officer at Nikon SLM Solutions. “At Nikon SLM Solutions, we are always seeking innovative ways to help our users accelerate production and stay ahead of the competition. With the addition of Dyndrite LPBF Pro to our solution stack, we’re making high-performance metal Additive Manufacturing even more accessible, automated, and ready for industrial-scale deployment.”

For existing customers, a delta qualification path is under development, enabling a fast and seamless transition to Dyndrite LPBF Pro, which will bring new speed, control, and flexibility to trusted Nikon SLM hardware.

Harshil Goel, CEO of Dyndrite, shared, “We built Dyndrite LPBF Pro for engineers who want to do more—faster and at scale. It has been a privilege to collaborate with Charlie, Simone Castellani, Chief Technology Officer, Dr Simon Merkt-Schippers, Product Leader at Nikon SLM Solutions, and the broader SLM team to bring this milestone to fruition – We are just getting started, stay tuned for more!”

The companies will host a joint commercial and hands-on workshop on May 13, 2025, at the new Nikon AM Synergy facility in Long Beach, California, showcasing the Nikon SLM Solutions and Dyndrite integration.
