MCAE Systems partners with One Click Metal for Additive Manufacturing system

MCAE Systems, Kuřim, Czech Republic, has expanded its portfolio with a metal Additive Manufacturing system from One Click Metal, based in Tamm, Germany, consisting of the metal Additive Manufacturing machine MPRINT and the 2-in-1 unpacking and sieving station MPUREpro.
The MPRINT Additive Manufacturing machine features a 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm build module and a 20-80 µm layer height. It also has 200W laser power (fibre), a 70 µm focus diameter, and a scanning speed of up to 3000mm/s.
The MPUREpro features a glove box for bulk powder removal without direct powder contact and a connector for an external ATEX vacuum cleaner. It also has an ultrasonic sieve, and places sieved powder in the supply cartridge for reuse, and oversized powder is separated for disposal.
The MCAE team visited the One Click Metal premises for a comprehensive training session and is now ready to serve Czech customers.
