GPAINNOVA, a provider of surface finishing solutions for metal parts headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, has announced the DLyte TurboFlow. The new machine is designed to work with a wider range of part dimensions, shapes, and weights, ensuring that each surface, regardless of complexity, undergoes the finishing stage.

The system uses a patented electropolishing method incorporating media movement technology, allowing the components to remain stationary during finishing. The Turboflow includes a new part-fixing system called EasyFix. It enables parts to be treated without the need for customised fixturing.

“DLyte TurboFlow is not just about scaling—it is about empowering industries to achieve precision and quality at levels previously thought impossible,” stated Pau Sarsanedas, CEO and President of GPAINNOVA. “It is the ultimate solution for manufacturers looking to streamline operations, reduce costs, and elevate product quality.”

The DLyte TurboFlow is expected to unlock new markets for DryLyte finishing, with its ability to handle any metal, any weight, and any size.
