Freemelt AB, based in Mölndal, Sweden, has received an order from a customer in the United Kingdom to validate Freemelt’s Electron Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-EB) technology for the production of additively manufactured tungsten parts.

The customer is a leader in research and innovation across various fields, including nuclear energy, sustainable materials, and advanced manufacturing technologies. Through research and industrial collaborations, the customer focuses on advancing metal manufacturing techniques, including powder processing and Additive Manufacturing, working towards a positive global impact.
