FastForm 3D, headquartered in Yancheng, China, has announced that an unnamed customer from the Middle East has placed an order for eighty Additive Manufacturing machines from FastForm’s portfolio. The order is said to include DeskFab X1, M220, M140 and M300 Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) machines for metal Additive Manufacturing.

Before making the purchase, the unnamed client visited China to view FastForm’s Additive Manufacturing operations firsthand. After these evaluations, the client went forward with the purchase order.

FastForm was founded in 2016. The company has focused on the market-oriented adoption of PBF-LB Additive Manufacturing machines in sectors such as aerospace, high-performance industrial manufacturing, mold manufacturing, and medicine. Its machines are certified for sale in the EU and are reportedly exported to more than fifty countries, including America, parts of Europe and Asia.
