Ermaksan Additive, located in Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye, has announced that its ENAVISION 120 metal Additive Manufacturing machine has won the Industrial Machinery category at the European Product Design Award 2024. The European Product Design Award is a globally recognised design competition that celebrates the efforts of product designers worldwide.

The ENAVISION 120 is a Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing machine specifically designed to produce high-precision metal components. With its compact design and a production volume of Ø120 mm x 80 mm, the ENAVISION 120 is engineered to combine functionality and ergonomic design. It is tailored to meet the needs of dental labs, research institutions, and universities, making it a versatile solution for advancing metal Additive Manufacturing applications.

Equipped with a 300 W fibre laser featuring an air-cooling system, the ENAVISION 120 is designed for office-type production environments. This configuration allows for faster processing, ensuring superior productivity while maintaining a low cost per part. The advanced scanning system delivers unparalleled performance, achieving linear alignment of the laser spot position with the scan angle, enabling rapid positioning speeds and high accuracy. With a scanning speed of up to 5 m/s, the ENAVISION 120 maximises throughput and operational efficiency.
