Ermaksan Additive, located in Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye, will showcase a range of Additive Manufacturing solutions at the upcoming IDEX Dental Show in Istanbul. The event will be held at the Istanbul Expo Center from May 8-11, 2024.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore Ermaksan Additive’s ENAVISION 120 and ENAVISION 165 Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) AM machines. These compact machines boast production volumes of ⌀120 x 80 mm and ⌀165 x 100 mm, respectively, and are each equipped with a 300 W single-mode fibre laser source developed by Ermaksan.

Designed for titanium and cobalt-chrome alloys, the machines are intended to act as a solution for the dental industry, particularly for the efficient production of custom-made dental prostheses such as single dental crowns, partial frames, implants, abutments, and bridges in large quantities.

The ENAVISION 120 Additive Manufacturing machine offers fast and efficient production with its compact design. Tailored for laboratories and office environments, this machine is intended for dental, medical, academic and research applications. It reportedly produces parts with a density of over 99% and excellent mechanical properties, meeting industry standards. Users have full control over machine parameters, allowing for seamless adaptation to various material types and production needs.

Ermaksan Additive will be situated in Hall 7, Stand D10, at the IDEX Dental Show.
