Eplus3D, headquartered in Hangzhou, China, has relocated its Germany-based facility from Ludwigsburg to Korntal-Münchingen.

The new site marks the company’s third application and innovation centre in Germany, and is intended to serve as a key European hub for benchmarking, process development and system customisation. Eplus3D stated that it is building a facility combining:
- High safety standards in its machines and facility
- Advanced IT infrastructure
- A focus on scalable and industrial production
“We are building a state-of-the-art facility designed to demonstrate how industrial metal Additive Manufacturing can deliver real value,” the company stated on LinkedIn. “We’re excited about what’s ahead and even more excited to shape it together with our partners and customers,”

The office team has reportedly been settling into the new site over the past month, with the logistics hub, including spare parts and consumables, now underway.
