DN Solutions, headquartered in Seoul, Korea, will introduce its new DLX series of metal Additive Manufacturing machines at this year’s EMO Hannover, taking place in Hannover, Germany, September 22 to 26, 2025.

The DLX range consists of the DLX 150, DLX 325 and DLX 450 Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) metal AM machines.

The flagship DLX 450D is a multi-laser, industrial-grade AM machine suitable for 24/7 operation. Equipped with up to four lasers, it offers high manufacturing speeds and a build volume of 450 x 450 x 450 mm. It also features an integrated powder removal station and an exchangeable build chamber to minimise non-productive time.

Also in the range, the DLX 325 is aimed at medium-volume production and is available with up to four lasers. It offers a build volume of 325 × 325 × 400 mm and features a removable build chamber for improved workflow.

The compact DLX 150 is said to be ideal for research and small-scale prototyping. It incorporates a single laser with a spot diameter of 45 µm or 80 µm.

“In our view, there is no alternative to Additive Manufacturing for companies that want to produce competitively. It offers opportunities to produce complex metal components that could not be realised otherwise,” stated Vino Suntharakumaran, Vice President Additive Manufacturing, DN Solutions. “It was therefore a logical step for a holistic solution provider to include this technology in our portfolio. The mandatory mechanical post-processing allows us to utilise synergies of already established technologies such as five-axis simultaneous machining and automation solutions. In addition to these solutions, we complete the 360° offering with software, services and support. This ranges from consulting on what to print and how to design for additive, to training and ramp-up support during production, directly on site.”

DN Solutions also announced plans to open a Europe-based Additive Solution Centre in Gütersloh, Germany, which the company said will open in 2026.
