Authentise, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, has announced new integrations with 3D Spark, Digifabster and Paperless Parts, intended to strengthen the company’s goal of building an open, connected ecosystem across design, quoting, and production management. The additions are expected to enhance the capabilities of Authentise Flows and the Digital Design Warehouse, enabling manufacturers to eliminate manual work, improve quoting accuracy, and unlock more sustainable production decisions.

3D Spark

3D Spark’s AI-powered software is intended to help manufacturers and procurement teams identify the most cost-effective, fastest, and most sustainable production method for a given part. Now fully integrated into Authentise’s Digital Design Warehouse, 3D Spark automatically analyses uploaded CAD files for manufacturability, cost, lead times, and CO₂ footprint across multiple production technologies.

By embedding these insights directly into the searchable Digital Design Warehouse, Authentise aims to allow users to accelerate make-or-buy decisions, reduce production costs, and explore new Additive Manufacturing opportunities.

Key benefits noted by the company include passive futureproofing through the ability to evaluate part libraries for suitability for Additive Manufacturing, materials, and cost comparisons. Another noted benefit is the ability to identify new demand, encouraging users to upload and test parts not yet produced via AM.

Digifabster

Digifabster’s instant online quoting platform is now connected directly with Authentise Flows, giving Additive Manufacturing and CNC service bureaux a complete, end-to-end workflow. Accepted quotes in Digifabster are automatically converted into fully formed production orders in Flows, complete with material specifications, post-processing details, and traceable customer data.

The bi-directional link ensures both systems stay synchronised, with order status updates shared in real-time between production, sales teams and customers. This enables the elimination of manual re-entry, reducing duplication or errors; allows customers and teams to see live updates; and accelerates workflows.

“Partnering with Authentise is a natural step for us,” stated Konstantin Ivanov, CEO of Digifabster. “Our mission has always been to help manufacturers respond to customer requests instantly and accurately. Connecting Digifabster directly with Authentise Flows takes that a step further – quotes don’t just get accepted, they get built. Together, we’re removing the last bit of friction between the front office and the factory floor.”

Paperless Parts

Paperless Parts, a quoting platform for additive and precision manufacturers, is now also directly integrated into Authentise Flows. Orders confirmed in Paperless Parts are automatically transferred into Flows, complete with all relevant order details, STL files, ITAR status, and material specifications, thereby eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing handoff delays between quoting and production.

By connecting the estimating and fabrication stages, Authentise intends manufacturers to gain total visibility from customer inquiry through final shipment, ensuring agility and data consistency across teams.

The integration of Paperless Parts offers simplified order transfer and faster turnaround through the automatic syncing of order data and real-time tracking.
