DwyerOmega expands measurement technology portfolio with Process Sensing Technologies acquisition

DwyerOmega, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, headquartered in Michigan City, Indiana, USA, has announced the acquisition of Process Sensing Technologies Ltd (PST), based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, UK. The move is reported to significantly expand DwyerOmega’s sensing and instrumentation product offering, strengthening its position in several key end markets and regions.

PST is a leading provider of measurement instrumentation and monitoring solutions for process-critical applications worldwide. With twelve core brands, PST offers a comprehensive suite of proprietary sensors, instruments, analysers, and monitoring solutions with sensing capabilities across parameters, including moisture, gas, level and flow. The company’s solutions are said to enable safer conditions for people and processes, maximize energy efficiency, improve product quality, and ensure ongoing compliance with global standards.
