3YOURMIND streamlines production workflow in latest software update

Software provider 3YOURMIND, based in Berlin, Germany, has announced its 25.12 release, the company’s final update of 2025. As part of this update, the company has optimised its system so that the Part and Projects Lists load faster, allowing users to navigate large lists more quickly and responsively. Additionally, the Part List has been renamed Part Inventory.

The 25.12 update connects the Part Inventory with Production, allowing users to create internal orders directly from the Part Inventory and specify all details for a production order in a single step. In addition, users can also request multiple parts from connected suppliers (via Add to Basket). The company implemented these updates to streamlines digitisation and production, enabling data continuity in the process, and improves interoperability. Users can request parts as they’re realised by AdvM production experts, enabling seamless and traceable collaboration between teams.
As part of this update, 3YOURMIND also reduced the total number of clicks required for workflow progression. For example, it enabled bulk actions to move parts forward directly from the overview table as well as placed key functions such as Move To, Next Step, and Download Attachments more prominently in an effort to make Production Queue more intuitive and faster to navigate.

Coordinators can hand over to operators in production more easily, directly assigning operators to a part order and provide or edit additional instructions directly on the order. According to the company, this functionality is useful because it keeps critical information in one central place. Rather than searching through notifications and navigating to other areas of the software platform, all important production information is together in one place.
3YOURMIND reported that it has also enhanced the Service Workspace and detail views, giving users more control over what they see and streamlining how they access essential data. In line with this, 25.12’s detail pages are designed to be cleaner and easier to scan upon opening, allowing users to quickly navigate to the specific section of information they need. In addition, users can customise the navigation bar to reduce visual clutter and focus only on the elements relevant to their job.
