The system includes a 50 µm nozzle positioning accuracy across its 4 x 2 x 1.5 m work envelope. It is also equipped with 7 axes, a Renishaw touch probe, a dual core LLK and a disc laser providing automatic spot size adjustment from 0.7–7 mm; offering unparalleled nozzle precision and accuracy and part referencing / scanning.

Those attending the TWI Additive Manufacturing Symposium at the AMP Technology Centre in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, UK, on November 26, 2019, will have the chance to observe the new system in action.
