Nikon SLM Solutions and Hartech partner to boost US defence Additive Manufacturing

Nikon SLM Solutions AG, headquartered in Lübeck, Germany, has announced a strategic partnership with Hartech Group, an advanced technology equipment supplier for the US federal government based in Denver, Colorado. This alliance is intended to enhance the Additive Manufacturing capabilities provided to the US Department of Defense, aligning with the government’s objectives for technological superiority.

“This partnership represents a milestone for Hartech Group and Nikon SLM Solutions as we extend our reach into the federal sector,” shared Gary Bredael of Hartech Group. “Our collaboration will bring our top-tier systems and solutions to the forefront of the US Department of Defense’s innovative initiatives.”

The collaboration is expected to foster new advancements and applications in metal Additive Manufacturing. By providing turnkey solutions, Hartech Group, together with Nikon SLM Solutions, is set to support the US DOD, DOE, and NASA’s growing need for manufacturing agility and innovation.
