Meltio, based in Linares, Spain, has announced the appointment of Tomasz Garniec as the Country Manager for Poland, and Moisés Moza Sánchez as the Sales Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The appointments are said to align with the company’s expansion plans across the European Union, particularly in the eastern and central regions.

Garniec and Moza Sánchez’s roles officially started in October 2023. Their shared responsibilities include driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with major partners, manufacturers, and industries. They will also engage with other entities interested in enhancing their industrial processes by utilising Meltio’s wire-based Directed Energy Deposition (DED) Additive Manufacturing technology, particularly within the DACH region.

Garniec brings over fifteen years of experience from various industries, where he spearheaded growth in exports and led the implementation of industrial solutions for production companies. He has held leadership positions at Omni3D Industrial Additive Manufacturing, PZ Panepol Sp, and Biuro Plus Sp Poland.

Garniec has also executed ambitious commercial plans to promote Additive Manufacturing and reliability for customers in the Polish market. His focus has been on promoting localised manufacturing, enabling industries to initiate their own production using AM machines or order custom-made products quickly and easily, thereby aiding the commencement of production.

Tomasz Garniec shared, “I am thrilled to have joined the team at Meltio. It is a great opportunity to feel the real industrial use of Additive Manufacturing. Feel the real potential. Meltio solution is aiming to be the next step of Industrial revolution, and I want to be a part of this and change Poland…just a bit.”

“Meltio gives me the possibility to bring all my experience in sales and industry to respond to the growing demand from automotive, aerospace, engineering, oil and gas, mining, universities and research centres for our unique technology. Thanks to Meltio’s wire-laser metal 3D printing technology, industries gain flexibility, efficiency and can reduce costs by manufacturing and repairing metal parts compared to traditional manufacturing methods in their production processes. And I see a great growth potential in Poland. This will be a fantastic journey,” Garniec added.

As part of Meltio’s strategy to reinforce its sales structure in the DACH region, the company has appointed Moisés Moza Sánchez as the new sales manager for this Western European region. Moisés brings a wealth of experience from the Additive Manufacturing sector, having implemented sales strategies at Kaut-Bullinger 3D and AM experts Gutach, among other German multinationals.

“For me it is a great responsibility and an honour to be able to contribute to the growing industrial demand in the DACH region, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, for our unique and patented Meltio wire-laser metal 3D printing technology. Germany is an industrial powerhouse and more and more companies are adopting our reliable metal 3D printing solutions that improve their manufacturing processes and reduce costs over traditional manufacturing methods,” stated Moza Sánchez.
