Castem to showcase MIM at Manufacturing World Osaka

Castem Corporation, headquartered in Fukuyama, Japan, will showcase its Metal Injection Molding technologies and lost-wax precision casting, alongside Additive Manufacturing technologies, at Manufacturing World Osaka – Next-Generation 3D Printers, taking place at Intex Osaka, Japan, October 7–9, 2026.
Castem will outline process options for single-part and small-lot production through to mass production, with selection based on factors such as production volume, part geometry, lead time, and initial tooling costs.

The company will also present its ‘Dream Realization Zone’, featuring examples of collaborative development projects with customers, and will run a live casting demonstration. Technical presentations will cover the features and applications of the manufacturing processes on display.
The exhibition will include three manufacturing approaches described by Castem as ‘mold-free casting’, ‘low-volume production’, and ‘precision mass production’. Visitors attending the live casting demonstration will have the opportunity to receive an item produced on site.
Manufacturing World Osaka – Next-Generation 3D Printers will be held at Intex Osaka. Castem will be located in Hall 2, Booth 11-75.
