XJet, based in Rehovot, Israel, has announced a collaboration with eqops, a UK-based engineering consultancy specialising in Additive Manufacturing and advanced manufacturing technologies, under which eqops will represent XJet as its sales and support partner across the UK and Ireland.

The collaboration is intended to strengthen XJet’s presence in the UK and Ireland, regions with established aerospace, defence, medical device, energy and electronics sectors, where demand for high-precision manufacturing technologies continues to grow.

By combining XJet’s NanoParticle Jetting (NPJ) technology with eqops’ Additive Manufacturing expertise and operational infrastructure, the companies aim to support manufacturers through the adoption and integration of metal and ceramic Additive Manufacturing technologies. This includes machine selection, installation, process optimisation, compliance and long-term production support.

According to the companies, the collaboration will enable manufacturers to produce high-precision metal and ceramic components featuring fine feature resolution, complex geometries and high surface quality.

eqops is led by Alwyn Pryse, Mark Caseley and Liam Matthews. The team’s experience spans Additive Manufacturing, semiconductor service operations, CNC machining, technical service leadership, ISO consultancy and health and safety implementation.

“Partnering with XJet is a major milestone in eqops’ mission to equip UK and Irish industry with world-class Additive Manufacturing technologies,” stated Alwyn Pryse, Head of Business Development at eqops. “XJet’s NanoParticle Jetting technology is genuinely unique, and the part quality and process simplicity delivered is a compelling proposition for the high-performance sectors we support. We are excited to leverage our operational, engineering, and compliance expertise to help UK and Irish manufacturers unlock its full potential.”

XJet stated that the collaboration forms part of its wider international growth strategy, focused on regions where advanced manufacturing technologies are increasingly being adopted for production applications requiring greater precision, scalability and quality.

“The UK and Ireland represent important and growing markets for XJet, and finding the right partner to represent our technology in those markets has been a priority. In eqops, we have found exactly that,” explained Gilad Gans, Chief Business Officer of XJet. “Their combination of technical knowledge, hands-on Additive Manufacturing experience across hundreds of systems, and structured approach to customer support – spanning installation, optimisation, compliance, and long-term service – is precisely what our customers in the region need to succeed with NanoParticle Jetting. We are confident that eqops will be outstanding ambassadors for XJet, and we are very pleased to welcome them as our partner for the UK and Ireland.”
