Online advanced manufacturing platform, Prototype Hubs, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, has launched a new white label manufacturing software plug-in that allows manufacturers to digitise and streamline their end-to-end manufacturing process.

Founded in 2018, Prototype Hubs uses AI software to enable makers, designers, and engineers to instantly access a network of local and global manufacturing partners with extra manufacturing capacity.

The company explains that its new automation tool offers automated quoting and billing, capture of potential client leads, and more benefits for providers of metal and plastic Additive Manufacturing, CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Waterjet Cutting, CNC Plasma Cutting and more.

With the addition of the new Software as a Service (SaaS) tool, manufacturers can now utilise an easy to integrate self-hosted white label quoting software and offer their manufacturing services to a global network of customers.

“We listened when our global network of 650+ manufacturing partners said they wanted to offer their services on an online platform and use our proprietary AI quoting process as a white label service for themselves,” stated Mitchell Eaton, CEO and co-founder of Prototype Hubs. “New data shows that part buyers are sourcing parts differently and have raised their expectations around things such as response times, payment methods, and direct manufacturer communication.”
