nPower Technologies announces Scheduler Release 3.0.0
nPower Technologies, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, has announced nPower Scheduler Release 3.0.0, an update designed to help manufacturers scale Additive Manufacturing operations across facilities with greater flexibility, visibility, and control. Release 3.0.0 is reported to expand nPower Scheduler from a single-site solution into an enterprise-ready platform.
Key updates include:
Multiple schedulers in one installation
Run multiple schedulers within a single installation, all accessible through a single web URL. Executive leadership can view scheduling results across every facility from one interface, while each scheduler maintains its own settings, data sources, and write-back configurations.
Greater flexibility for multi-site operations
Production schedules can run simultaneously or at different intervals. Each scheduler can also be configured with different settings, making it easier to evaluate “what-if” scenarios without disrupting live production.
Flexible data integration
Each scheduler can now be mapped to its own data origin, whether from a single ERP, multiple ERPs, Excel files, or a combination of sources. Non-mandatory fields no longer need to be mapped, helping reduce setup time and support more complex data environments.
Native data maintenance screens
Users can manage scheduling inputs from their ERP, within nPower, or both, depending on where it makes the most sense. For example, Work Center details such as ‘Name’, ‘Description’, and ‘Hours of Operation’ may be managed in an ERP, while batching parameters like ‘Batch Type’, ‘Max Batch Size’, and ‘Batch Hold Time’ can be maintained inside nPower.

Recommended Print Builds filtered by AM technology
Build technicians can now filter Recommended Print Builds by machine technology, giving them faster access to scheduled batches relevant to their specific equipment and materials.
Expanded user management and security
Role-based permissions can now be configured at the individual scheduler level, giving administrators precise control over who can view, edit, and manage scheduling data across different facilities.
