Nano Dimension removes Stern as CEO, appoints Julien Lederman in interim

Nano Dimension, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA, has announced that its board of directors has appointed Julien Lederman as its interim Chief Executive Officer. The move follows the termination of Yoav Stern as CEO. The board is reported to be searching for a permanent CEO.

Lederman has served as Vice President of Corporate Development since March 2021. Previously, Lederman held roles at Amazon.com Inc., The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and the World Economic Forum. He earned an MBA from INSEAD in France in 2013 and a BA from Colgate University in New York in 2008.

“The board is pleased and confident in our appointment of Julien Lederman as Interim Chief Executive Officer,” stated Ofir Baharav, chairman of the board. The board fully supports Julien during this transition period while we conduct a broad search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer.”

This follows the announcement of changes to the Nano Dimension Board of Directors in December 2024, which included the removal of Yoav Stern from his role as director. Stern served as CEO and a member of the board from January 2020.
