Meltio’s Directed Energy Deposition (DED) Additive Manufacturing process is built around a welding wire feedstock. The Meltio Engine can be attached to a robot arm, turning it into a metal Additive Manufacturing system with no inherent size constraints. The company’s Engine Robot Integration is said to be an ideal platform for large and complex Additive Manufacturing, repair, cladding and feature addition.
