March 28, 2024
Grob-Werke GmbH, a manufacturer of engineering and automation systems based in Mindelheim, Germany, has announced it is hosting an in-house exhibition from April 16-19, 2024. Under the theme ‘From Bavaria to the world‘, the event will showcase a wide range of technologies, including Grob-Werke’s Liquid Metal Printing (LMP) Additive Manufacturing machine the GMP300.
Grob-Werke’s LMP process is believed to fall broadly into the ISO/ASTM 52900:2015 category of Material Jetting. The powder-free GMP300 uses aluminium alloy wire as its feedstock and has a build chamber of 300 x 300 x 300 mm.
Another focus of the event will be a customer training area, where Grob-Werke will be presenting its wide range of on-site training options in all technology areas.
There will be three themed factory tours offered to visitors several times a day, providing a deeper look behind the scenes of the Bavarian mechanical engineering company. Additionally, over sixty exhibitors and partners will be presenting their product ranges.
Those who wish to register for the in-house exhibition can do so here.
