France’s 3D PRINT Congress & Exhibition postponed until September
April 6, 2020
The 3D PRINT Congress & Exhibition, a leading professional event dedicated to Additive Manufacturing, which was scheduled to take place at Lyon Eurexpo, Lyon, France, June 16–18, 2020, has been postponed to September due the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). The September dates are expected to be announced in due course.
In an official statement, the event organiser, IDICE, a subsidiary of INFOPRO DIGITAL, wrote, “As the situation around COVID-19 is changing daily and government measures are becoming more and more restrictive, the organiser has decided to postpone the annual 3D PRINT exhibition to September 2020.”
“The decision to postpone this annual exhibition has been taken in agreement and with the support of the main partners of this event. The organiser would like to thank the partners, exhibitors, speakers and all those involved in the sector for their renewed support and their commitment to making this event a success together during its new programming.”
Nathalie Curvat, Managing Director of INFOPRO DIGITAL, stated, “In addition to the uncertainties regarding the sanitary situation, the context of preparation, particularly in the companies of our exhibitors and those of their customers will probably not guarantee at this date of mid-June the optimum conditions of success that we all expect. Therefore, we are currently working on a postponement which will allow this exhibition to offer the ideal and timely platform for business to bounce back from this crisis.”
