Final weeks to apply for EPMA Summer School 2026
The deadline to register for the European Powder Metallurgy Association’s 2026 Summer School is just a few weeks away. Taking place in Porto, Portugal, from July 19 – 24, the popular Summer School brings together students, researchers and young professionals looking to explore Powder Metallurgy technologies through advanced lectures delivered by leading academic and industrial experts.
The EPMA Summer School offers an opportunity to engage in direct technical discussions, allowing participants to deepen their knowledge while interacting closely with senior figures from the PM community. The event combines high-level technical courses, interactive discussions, social events and practical exposure.
Participants will also benefit from two industrial site visits, connecting the technical lectures with real-world Powder Metallurgy and hard materials production.
The five-day residential event is aimed at those wishing to strengthen their technical foundations, gain a clearer understanding of Powder Metallurgy’s industrial applications, and broaden their academic and professional perspectives within an international environment.
The EPMA Summer School is open to participants from PM-related fields such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, engineering and business administration.
