EPMA announces Introduction to Hard Materials booklet and webinar

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has announced the publication of ‘Introduction to Hard Materials’, prepared by the trade association’s European Hard Materials Group (EuroHM).
The booklet covers the historical and metallurgical background of cemented carbides, as well as diverse applications of hard materials through various case studies and the production steps – from powder production to the end components – of cutting tools, mining & construction equipment and structural components.
The booklet will be officially launched during a webinar on January 19 at 10:00 CET. Registration for this event is free.
