July 6, 2020

IQPC Ltd’s conference on Additive Manufacturing for Medical Devices, organised in partnership with Pharma IQ, will take place online from December 1–2, 2020.

The event aims to address the regulatory and technical challenges surrounding AM and advance its use for all medical devices, including orthopaedic and cranial implants, surgical instruments, dental restorations, external prosthetics and more.

The organisers state that the online event does not only have an academic focus, but will also provide content that can tangibly help Additive Manufacturing users to utilise the performance gains and economic returns that AM offers.

The following key speakers will present during the Additive Manufacturing for Medical Devices Conference:

  • Abdul Haque, Technical Lead, Metal Additive Manufacturing, AMRC
  • James Pink, Senior Director, NSF Health Sciences Limited
  • Gregor Reischle, Head of Additive Manufacturing, TÜV SÜD
  • Dr Paul Unwin, Chairman Additive Manufacturing, UK Strategy Steering Group
