Solukon brings SFM-AT350 and new depowdering software to IMTS 2026

Solukon Maschinenbau GmbH, Augsburg, Germany, is set to showcase its SFM-AT350 automated depowdering machine and SPR-Pathfinder PRO software at IMTS in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Solukon will exhibit at IMTS for the second consecutive time, showcasing its SFM-AT350. Designed for the automated post-processing of metal Additive Manufacturing parts, the machine can accommodate components measuring up to 400 × 400 × 400 mm and weighing up to 100 kg.
During the event, Solukon will demonstrate the depowdering of a heat exchanger designed and additively manufactured by Penn United Technologies using an EOS M 400-4 Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing machine.

SPR-Pathfinder PRO makes exhibition debut
Solukon will also present its recently introduced SPR-Pathfinder PRO software, which will make its exhibition debut at IMTS.
The software calculates component-specific motion sequences for automated depowdering based on a part’s CAD file. It also simulates the depowdering process, enabling users to identify potential areas where powder may become trapped before processing begins.

According to Solukon, SPR-Pathfinder PRO can also estimate the duration of the depowdering process, supporting the planning and scaling of post-processing operations.
Solukon Global Sales Director Michael Sattler and Senior Sales Manager Jutta Ulbricht will be joined at the company’s booth by representatives from its Certified Solukon Partners in the US: DMARK Corporation, MAHAR, NB Additive and Phillips Corporation.
