WeAreAM adds 3D Systems’ DMP Flex 350 Dual to its Center of Excellence in Italy

3D Systems, Rock Hill, South Carolina, USA, has announced that WeAreAM, an Additive Manufacturing service provider based in Brescia, Lombardia, Italy, has added 3D Systems’ DMP Flex 350 Dual Additive Manufacturing machine to its new Center of Excellence.
WeAreAM provides metal Additive Manufacturing services from application engineering and design through production and post-processing for various industrial markets such as oil & gas, automotive, and aerospace. By adding 3D Systems’ DMP Flex 350 Dual, WeAreAM hopes to explore new applications and become more responsive to its customers’ requirements. Gruppo Grazioli, 3D Systems’ latest partner in Italy, will work closely with WeAreAM by providing training, support, and other services.

Additionally, our newest partner, Gruppo Grazioli, brings deep expertise in solutions integration to help manufacturers optimise their investments. The DMP Flex 350 Dual enables flexible application use and quick-swap build modules, and a central server to manage build jobs, materials, settings, and maintenance for 24/7 productivity. Additionally, the unique vacuum chamber significantly reduces argon gas consumption while delivering high oxygen purity (<25 ppm). The AM machine also includes Oqton’s 3DXpert software, which supports every step of the Additive Manufacturing workflow from design to post-processing, to efficiently transition from a 3D model to manufactured parts. 3DXpert can reportedly enable up to 75% faster file-processing time, and increase productivity by up to 40%.
