Titomic expands automotive reach with TKF 623 order
Titomic Limited, headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, has announced the sale of a Titomic TKF 623 Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing machine to an unnamed major company in the automotive industry. The company has stated that this sale represents a significant milestone in Titomic’s expanding footprint within the automotive sector, an industry increasingly focused on lightweighting, sustainability, and innovative production workflows.
The TKF 623, one of Titomic’s flagship industrial-scale Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing machines, is engineered to enable rapid fabrication, repair, and coating of metal components without the distortions, limitations, or inefficiencies that may be associated with traditional manufacturing methods. With high-throughput capabilities, the TKF 623 is reported to allow automotive manufacturers to extend component life, reduce reliance on supply chain constrained parts, and accelerate time-to-market for new designs.
