Nikon AM Synergy appoints Steven Immel to senior VP role

Nikon AM Synergy Inc, based in Long Beach, California, USA, announced that Steven Immel has been appointed Vice President of Business Development.

“Steve brings tremendous experience with Additive Manufacturing hardware, software, technology, and regulated contract manufacturing as well as proven leadership and business development expertise across sectors,” the company stated in a LinkedIn post. “We’re excited for the contributions he’ll make as Nikon Advanced Manufacturing continues to accelerate innovation and adoption of AM for mission-critical defence, energy and industrial applications.”

Prior to his position at Nikon AM Synergy, Immel worked as the Portfolio Executive/Capture Management – AM, Aerospace, Defense and Federal at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Before his over two years with Siemens, he worked in development roles at Sigma Additive Solutions, Jabil, Materialise, NVIDIA, Autodesk, and Dassault Systèmes.

Jesse Lea, recently appointed Nikon AM Synergy CEO, added, “Steve brings vast industry knowledge and experience, and will be an excellent addition to our powerhouse team.”
