BMI, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, France, has announced the successful commissioning of a vacuum brazing furnace at Höganäs‘ Belgium facility. The furnace is reported to be specifically designed to suit the evolving needs of the metal powder sector, and is suitable for applications such as Additive Manufacturing, brazing and sintering.

With its capability for precise temperature control and vacuum environment, this furnace is expected to be used to meet the high-level requirements of Höganäs customers in a wide range of industries through processes such as annealing and stress relieving.
