Tekna converts to a public limited liability company as it moves to public listing

Tekna Holding ASA, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, has converted to a public limited liability company (ASA), a prerequisite for the planned up-listing from Euronext Growth to Oslo Børs during 2022 originally announced in March.
March’s general meeting resolved to convert Tekna from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company, and thereby change its legal name to Tekna Holding ASA. The resolution was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret) April 28, 2022, following which company has acted under its new name.
