Sebastian Lepa to succeed Jonathan Meyer as APWorks CEO

At Formnext 2025, APWorks GmbH, based in Taufkirchen, Germany, announced that Sebastian Lepa will be stepping into the role of CEO effective January 1, 2026.

“My goals as CEO were to bring the company to profitability, secure investment to enable growth, and to develop a successor,” stated Jonathan Meyer, current CEO. “I’m incredibly proud to say that we have achieved all three of these goals together.”

Lepa joined APWorks in 2018 as Sales Application Engineer – AM. Rising through company ranks, he has worked as Chief Operations Officer for the company since 2023.
