Sciaky to deliver electron beam welding machine to part fabricator MERRIL

Sciaky, Inc., Chicago, Illinois, USA, a subsidiary of Phillips Service Industries, Inc., is to deliver an electron beam (EB) welding machine to systems integrator and solutions manufacturer MERRILL, headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. The Additive Manufacturing machine will reportedly be used to fabricate critical parts and prototypes for multiple industry applications.

MERRILL offers solutions for design, build, test and deliver stages, along with the in-house expertise to design and manufacture intricate parts and prototypes through high-volume production. The company serves a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defence, chemical, energy, oil & gas, transportation, and mining.
