The Regional Industrial Development Corp, a non-profit focused on the economic development of the wider metropolitan area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, has announced that it will take over the management of the advanced manufacturing production campus Neighborhood 91, effective October 1, 2025.
The switch in management services from The Buncher Co also includes the sale of the existing manufacturing building at the Neighborhood 91 campus to RIDC.
Neighborhood 91, said to be the world’s first end-to-end Additive Manufacturing production campus, provides all the elements of advanced manufacturing on one campus. Located on airport property, adjacent to four runways, it has the potential for rapid part deployment for customers around the world. Pittsburgh is also home to a strong workforce and academic resources and recruiting opportunities from universities focused on machine learning, Additive Manufacturing, and artificial intelligence, including the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
