Conflux names Woodford as CEO as Fuller transitions to Executive Chairman

Conflux Technology, a global leader in the design, prototyping, testing and manufacture of heat transfer technology, headquartered in Geelong, Australia, has announced that Dan Woodford, former Chief Commercial Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Founder and former CEO Michael Fuller has transitioned to a full-time Executive Chairman.
“Elevating Dan Woodford to CEO builds on our international strategy and positions Conflux for its next phase of growth,” stated Fuller. “As executive chairman, I will continue to guide our long-term strategy and ensure continuity of our technical direction.”
Michael Fuller oversaw the transformation of Conflux from a concept into a global advanced manufacturing company. Under his leadership, Conflux evolved from a startup through multiple rounds of accelerated growth capital. This transition is intended to advance Conflux’s growth strategy in scaling global markets, enabling faster production for customers seeking Conflux’s advanced heat exchange technology.
