ATLIX, formerly TRUMPF Additive Manufacturing, has announced the appointment of Excelencia Tech Group as its official distributor for the Spanish market. The agreement marks a significant step in ATLIX’s commercial consolidation across Southern Europe, bringing its TruPrint platform directly to Spanish industrial manufacturers.

Excelencia Tech Group, headquartered at DFactory Barcelona, Spain, has been delivering end-to-end AM solutions in Spain for over six years, supported by a team whose combined experience in the field exceeds 20 years. It operates a national network of three offices: Barcelona, Madrid, and Bizkaia (Automotive Intelligence Center), supported by five application engineers and five field service technicians with full national coverage. Under the agreement, Excelencia Tech will bring the complete ATLIX Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) portfolio to the Spanish market, providing customers with seamless access to sales, service, and application support through a single local partner.

“We have been working on metal Additive Manufacturing for the past five years with different brands, and today I am delighted to announce our new partnership with ATLIX,” stated Ronen Zioni, CEO of Excelencia Tech Group. “Our decision to partner with ATLIX was taken based on a profound understanding that ATLIX (ex. Trumpf) technology is the most advanced one in the market in terms of print quality, industrial scale productivity and a proven track-record legacy in our key healthcare, industrial and defence-aerospace verticals. In addition to that, ATLIX and Excelencia Tech share the same strategic vision in terms of industrial-scale vertical sectors. I am convinced this partnership will be mutually fruitful and prosperous.”

The partnership gives Spanish manufacturers access to production-ready PBF-LB platforms backed by end-to-end local support. This includes application consulting and certified training through to maintenance, spare parts, and on-demand AM services via Excelencia Tech’s Windforce 3D division.

Marino Ferrarese, Head of Sales and Marketing, ATLIX, commented, “Spain is a strategically important market for ATLIX, and Excelencia Tech is exactly the kind of partner we look for: deep technical expertise, proven service infrastructure, and a shared commitment to driving real industrial adoption of metal Additive Manufacturing.”
