Inovar Communications Ltd, publisher of Metal Additive Manufacturing, Powder Metallurgy Review and Powder Injection Moulding International magazines, has moved to new, larger offices and expanded its editorial team.

Inovar has been publishing in the metal powder industries sector for fifteen years. Following the launch of its first quarterly magazine, PIM International, in 2007 its coverage of the industry was expanded with the launch of PM Review in 2012 and Metal AM in 2015.

Nick Williams, Inovar’s Managing Director, commented, “The move to larger premises has allowed us to expand to better serve the dynamic and fast-moving industries that we cover. Since the launch of PIM International ten years ago our dedicated team worked hard to gain the trust of the Metal Injection Moulding and Ceramic Injection Moulding sectors. We have now used this successful collaborative approach to offer unique, in-depth and insightful business and technical content for readers in the international metal Additive Manufacturing and Powder Metallurgy sectors.”

Appointment of a new Assistant Editor

Inovar has appointed Emily-Jo Hopson as Assistant Editor across all three of our publications. Emily-Jo has a background in professional writing and independent publishing, as co-editor of her own literary journal from 2010-2013 and as recipient of the Literature Wales New Writer’s Bursary award in 2015. She has worked as a copywriter, copyeditor and proofreader for several organisations since 2013, where she gained a grounding in digital marketing. In her capacity as Assistant Editor, she is also responsible for Inovar’s rapidly growing social media presence across all channels.

Paul Whittaker, Director at Inovar Communications, commented, “We are very excited to have Emily-Jo on board. Her impressive editorial skills and rapidly growing understanding of the industries that we cover will make her an invaluable member of our team. In addition, she will play a key role in our strategy to become a leading social media presence in the AM, PM and PIM industries.”
