Fabio Di Falco (Legor)

Fabio Di Falco is the Marketing Manager at Legor Group, a company renowned for its specialisation in transforming metals into precious alloys, galvanic solutions, and powders for the high jewellery and fashion accessories sectors, rooted in core values such as social responsibility, sustainability, customer care, expertise in the science of precious metals, and innovation. Fabio plays a crucial role in shaping and promoting Legor’s brand and products highlighting the company’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and environmental sustainability.

Alejandra de la Hija (HP)

Alejandra currently works at HP as applications engineer on the 3D printing metals team for the new HP Metal Jet S100 solution, leading the projects in the Fashion and Jewelry industry. She joined the team 6 years ago, initially working as procurement engineer and vendor manager. Prior to HP, she worked for the automotive industry in Germany and  UK, at both OEM’s and Tier 1s, as application engineer and project manager for fuel systems. She holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is also part of the InspiraSTEAM mentorship program in Spain, aimed at inspiring young women to pursue technical careers.

Martin McMahon

Martin has worked for more than a decade directly in metal AM, and has a truly unique combination of experience and technical skills. He has worked across the entire spectrum, from AM service provider, laser system producer, to advanced materials supplier and developer. In 2022, Martin established MAM Solutions to help accelerate the adoption of metal Additive Manufacturing and to support international businesses in their activities. Martin is also a consulting editor for Metal AM magazine, and regularly reports from industry events and technical conferences.
